The first panel that Mr. Rasori is scheduled to speak on will be held on Wednesday from 1:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. (PDT) located in the California West room. The session will cover topics such as capital markets, MSR liquidity in the governmental space, non-agency loans, common security platforms, and more. The moderator is Rob Chrisman, Chrisman LLC; panelists include Phil Rasori, MCT; Doug Mayer, Resitrader; and Mike Carnes, MIAC.
The second panel that Mr. Rasori is scheduled to speak on will be held on Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. (PDT) during a continental breakfast located in the Grand Ballroom where the CMBA Secondary Marketing Committee will meet. The session format will provide the audience with perspective on the MSR market, lender pipeline selling strategies, what the panelists’ views are for opportunities moving forward, and more. Mr. Rasori is a recognized thought-leader in capital markets operations within the mortgage banking community. His areas of expertise include complex financial modeling, computational dynamics, and linear programming for operational optimization.
