President & CEO
Mr. Richins is a respected banking executive experienced in international finance, marketing, risk management, and business operations. Mr. Richins is a founding partner of MCT and has served as President since 2007.
Phil Rasori
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rasori is a recognized thought-leader in capital markets operations within the mortgage banking community. His areas of expertise include complex financial modeling, computational dynamics, and linear programming for operational optimization.

Andrew Rhodes
Senior Director, Head of Trading
Mr. Rhodes began his career with MCT in 2005 as the company’s first dedicated loan sale specialist. Over the years he was able to grow with the company gaining skills and experience in multiple fields in secondary.
Justin Grant
Senior Director, Head of Investor Services
Mr. Grant was the creator of MCT’s first robust back-end pricing engine that would power the fair market valuations for all of its clients. His areas of expertise include pipeline hedging, pull through analytics, SAS reporting, MSR valuations, MBS issuance and risk management.
Thomas P. Farmer
Chief Investment & Corporate Development Officer
Mr. Farmer is a multi-industry entrepreneur and executive with high profile successes in technology and banking. Mr. Farmer joined MCT in 2007 in an executive sales and business development role.
Sarah Hellman
Senior Trading Team Manager
Since joining in 2008, Sarah has been a MCT trailblazer – helping set the standard for other Trading team members. She was also the company’s first female trader and has been promoted multiple times based on her technical and client success skills. Most recently, Sarah was named Senior Trading Team Manager overseeing a cohort responsible for the South region.
Andre Pollesel
Senior Trading Team Manager
Mr. Pollesel joined MCT’s trading team in 2009 and has risen throughout the years based on his dedication to client and team member success. As the Senior Trading Team Manager for the Southeast, Andre specializes in hedging and loan sales for large Banks, as well as transitioning newcomers from BE into the Mandatory space. He is also instrumental in developing our talent, and lends his training skills externally to organizations such as the MBA.
