About the Webinar Presenters:
Curtis Richins, President
Mr. Richins is a respected banking executive experienced in international finance, marketing, risk management, and business operations. He has worked extensively in Western and Eastern Europe in addition to his US-based mortgage banking experience. Mr. Richins is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage pipeline hedging and best-execution loan sales. He is an active member and consultant to the mortgage banking community at national, state, and local levels. Mr. Richins is a founding partner of MCT and has served as President since 2007.
Mr. Richins is a graduate of Occidental College and holds a B.A. in Economics.
Paul Yarbrough, Director of the Client Success Group
Secondary marketing expert Paul Yarbrough joined San Diego-based MCT to oversee new client on-boarding, manage the company’s secondary marketing technology and implement necessary solution training.
Mr. Yarbrough has 13 years of experience operating in the secondary marketing divisions at Evolve Bank and Trust, Willow Bend Mortgage, Nationstar, Service First Mortgage and Realty Mortgage. Further, Yarbrough has detailed knowledge concerning how to leverage secondary marketing technology to proficiently run capital markets functions. Mr. Yarbrough has a BA in Finance from West Texas A&M with a minor in Economics.
Ian Miller, CMO
Mr. Miller is an accomplished marketing executive who enjoys deconstructing complex value propositions to present them in a compelling and relatable format. After cutting his teeth as a freelance marketing agent, Mr. Miller’s consultancy merged and blossomed into a successful agency in Riverine Inc., where he served over 50 clients in a wide range of industries and capacities. Chief among those was MCT, where Mr. Miller played a key role in elevating the company’s reputation as the leading provider of capital markets software and services.
His core competencies include commercialization strategy, performance analysis, technical copywriting, CRM database development, and event production. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University. He attributes his accomplishments to the dedicated support of colleagues, vendors, and mentors whose contributions drive marketing results.
