MCT has been closely following the second day of major market volatility today, Friday, 4/4/25. In the morning, the deterioration in equity markets had been accompanied by an improvement in Treasury yields, as you would expect in a healthy market. Starting Friday afternoon, that inverse relationship showed signs of disconnection, and based on these conditions we feel it is prudent to bring the client base together to provide market coverage and guidance.
As the dynamic situation continues to unfold, the MCT team will cover the changes that have happened over the past week as well as any new developments that occur over the weekend.
