Ms. Kennelly has worked in the mortgage industry for 25 years. She spent nearly 2 decades working at Freddie Mac where she had the opportunity to work in various business areas including multiclass securitization, structured finance, bulk trading of flow and seasoned loans, and as an Account Executive covering the nation’s top mortgage lenders. Throughout this time, she worked with broker-dealers, investment banks, asset managers, MI companies, strategic vendors, depository institutions and independent mortgage bankers. Her deep knowledge of the industry from origination to disposition and investment of the asset helped lenders of all sizes with strategic pricing, execution, and credit risk strategies. In addition to her Freddie Mac experience, Jennifer has held senior positions at prominent industry companies such as Compass Analytics, Lenders One and LoanCare, LLC. Throughout this journey, she has provided consultative services to help lenders utilize various strategic partners available in the capital markets segment of the mortgage industry. These technologies and services range from hedging pipeline risk, advising on mandatory versus best execution, selling retained versus released, cash versus security execution, investor requirements, and servicing options.
Jennifer is part of the Investor Services group at MCT and is responsible for helping investors in whole loans and MSRs grow their portfolios by leveraging the innovative tools and services MCT has to offer such as MCT Marketplace, MCT Marketplace co-issue executions, InvestorAnalytics and a suite of other products geared towards the investor community.
