  • Personalized MCTlive! Navigation– Customize the order of your MCTlive! tabs to match your workflow, with preferences automatically saved for future sessions.
  • Smarter Bid Tape Distribution– Prevent investors from receiving loans they aren’t eligible to purchase by automatically filtering posted bid tapes based on “Can’t Go” rules.

Investor Select lets users toggle aggregator and/or agency executions on or off, so they can generate ratesheets even when investor/agency pricing is delayed or unavailable.
  • BRG Code Optimization and New Processing Infrastructure Options – We analyzed and optimized the BRG’s underlying code, cutting generation time by an average of 47%. Users can now boost speed further by assigning 2–8 parallel workers or opting into the new AWS Lambda Graviton workers—with complex ratesheets generating anywhere from 525% to 10,900% faster.
  • Benchmark Shock Analysis– Model pipeline risk across multiple market shock scenarios with granularity to break down each loan or hedge component discretely.
  • Control Duration– Preserve custom duration assumptions within Pipeline Coverage so your hedge ratios remain aligned with your desk’s strategy.

  • Users Can Now View the Loan Level Records Included in the Error Records Section of the Pull Through Back Test [View Screenshot]
    • New “Show Error Records” view in Pull Through Back Test — A new button on the PT Analyzer tab lets you drill into the individual loans that make up the Error Records total, so you can see exactly which loans are driving the count instead of just a bar chart figure.
    • Full loan-level detail at your fingertips — The Error Records window displays each loan’s Loan Number, Loan Amount, Lock Date, Lock Expiration, Status, and Last Data Date, making it easy to research and reconcile the population.
  • Previous MTM Update – Previous MTM price and Previous MTM investor added to the end of the Committed reports.
  • User Can Now Unwind Spec Durations by Selecting Desired Programs and Setting Loan Durations Equal to Existing Trade Durations [View Screenshot]

    • One-click reversal of spec (synthetic) duration pushes — Cleanly unwind duration adjustments introduced during Synthetic Duration Regression Analysis, eliminating any duration mismatch without manual rework.
    • Program-level control — Choose specific loan programs to realign, or leave the selection empty to apply the change across all programs at once.
  • Column Visibility – Fee & Mrkt Adj Net Sell + Mrkt Adj columns visible in Commit Screen & Pricing Breakdown.
  • Attribute Restriction Tool: Add Custom Rule Option [View Screenshot]
    • Build restrictions from your own data — The Attribute Restriction Tool now includes a new “Custom” rule option, letting you create pricing restrictions based on any column in your own raw loan tape rather than being limited to predefined attributes.
    • Flexible, point-and-click rule builder — Simply select “Custom,” enter your data column name (e.g. Warehouse_Flag), choose an operator (=, ≠, >, ≥, <, ≤, contains, not contains), and set the value you want to match — no technical setup required.
    • Greater control over what gets priced — Loans matching your custom criteria are automatically excluded at pricing time, giving you finer-grained control over eligibility and exposure using the fields that matter most to your business.
    • Clear visibility into applied rules — Restricted loans now display the specific custom column that triggered the restriction (e.g. custom:AR), so you always know exactly why a loan was excluded.
    • Seamless editing — Saved custom rules automatically repopulate when reopened, making it easy to review and adjust your criteria over time.
  • Customizable MCTlive! Tab Order [View Video]
    • Personalize your navigation — You can now arrange the main MCTLive navigation tabs in the order that best fits your daily workflow, putting the pages you use most right where you want them.
    • Simple drag-and-drop — Toggle the reorder switch. Then grab the handle (≡) to the left of any tab and drag it to a new position. Clicking a tab still opens the page as usual, so reordering never gets in the way of normal navigation.
    • Saved automatically, just for you — Your custom order is saved instantly to your login and stays in place every time you sign back in—no need to set it up again.
    • Your view, your preference — Reordering tabs only changes how your navigation is arranged; it does not change which pages you have access to, and it does not affect other users on your account.
    • Works everywhere you do — The new order carries across page reloads and is fully supported in both light and dark mode.
  • Expand ‘Saved Restrictions’ Drop Down [View Screenshot]
    • Enlarged the Saved Restrictions dropdown so saved entries are easier to scan and select at a glance.
    • Increased the dropdown’s width and height to display more of each restriction name without truncation.
    • Improves readability and reduces the need to hover or scroll when working with longer restriction names.
  • Add Specified Settle to the Total Trades Report [View Screenshot]
    • New Specified Settle column added to the Total Trades Report — the report now displays each trade’s specified settlement date, giving you fuller settlement visibility directly within your existing trade reporting.
    • Clean display for trades without a settlement date — when a trade has no specified settle date, the field now shows as blank rather than a placeholder value, making reports easier to read and share.
    • Positioned at the end of the report — the new column appears at the end of the existing layout, so your current columns and workflows remain unchanged.
  • New Trade Import: Add Investor to Upload
    • Assign investors right in your trade import — The New Trade Import template now includes an Investor column, so you can tag each trade with its investor at upload time instead of updating positions afterward.
    • Works with your existing files — The Investor column is fully optional. Older import files without it continue to work exactly as before, and blank investor cells import without issue.
    • Supports your preferred formats — Available across CSV, XLS, and XLSX imports, with the updated column reflected in both the downloadable template and the on-screen review grid.
  • GNMA Float Calculation: Originator Float Option
    • New Originator Float option for GNMA loans — You can now choose how float is calculated on GNMA iterations, giving you greater flexibility to match your firm’s carry and hedging assumptions.
    • Two float methods, your choice — In addition to the standard Delivery Float (delivery date to security settlement), GNMA loans now support Originator Float, which measures the period from the loan’s funding date (or lock expiration date, if not yet funded) through security settlement.
    • Simple, self-service setup — Enable the new “Originator Carry” option per GNMA investor directly in the investor’s Float Calculation settings—no support ticket required.
    • No impact to existing configurations — The setting defaults to off, so current GNMA float calculations remain unchanged, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (conventional MBS) calculations are unaffected.
  • Added State, LTV, and FICO to the EBX Popup [View Screenshot]
    • More collateral context at a glance — The MSR – Best Ex (EBX) and MSR Analysis popups on the Best Ex Analysis page now display State, LTV, and FICO columns, so reviewers can weigh MSR retain-vs-release economics against a loan’s risk profile without opening additional popups.
    • Export-ready — The new State, LTV, and FICO fields are included in the Export to Excel output in the same order shown on screen, so downstream analysis stays in sync with the UI.
  • Coverage Bias Added to Coverage Recommendation Agent – A complex model algorithm is used to generate the hedge recommendation however there is also an art to daily coverage. • PT Analyzer — Full “Show Loans” Export [View Screenshot] –
    • Export the complete loan population, not just the first 1,000. The “Show Loans” export on the PT Analyzer tab previously capped downloads at 1,000 loans. You now receive the full set of loans matching your current view in a single Excel-ready file.
    • Filters carry through to your export. Whatever filters you’ve applied to the Show Loans list are honored in the export, so the file reflects exactly the population you’re looking at.
    • Same one-click workflow. The “Export to Excel” button works just as it always has—no new steps and no change in file format.
    • Built for large pulls. The export runs on the server and is optimized to handle exports of several thousand loans without slowing down your session.
    • Clear guidance when the on-screen list is trimmed. For performance, the on-screen table still shows up to 1,000 loans, and a brief note now confirms that your export still includes the complete set.

  • Revise Logic for Initial MTM to Consider Investor Restrictions
    • More consistent MTM reporting: Initial mark‑to‑market (MTM) values now honor the same investor restrictions applied to your current MTM values, so your reports compare like‑for‑like from the very first day.
    • More accurate gain/loss tracking: Because the Initial MTM baseline now reflects your configured investor exclusions, the calculated change since inception (Initial Delta) more accurately represents true position movement.
    • Applies across key MTM reports: The improvement flows through your primary mark‑to‑market views, including Derivative Asset MTM, Full Pipeline MTM, and Held‑for‑Sale MTM reports.
