MCTlive!® Release Notes – Q4 2025

Welcome to MCT’s Quarterly Release Notes!
Described below within relevant tabs, you’ll find a listing of our Q4 2025 technology developments. This update also includes technology release notes for MCT’s MSRlive!® and Data & Analytics tools. Improvements span general platform maintenance, feature and function enhancements, and entirely new development.

- Trade Blotter Fields – The Master Trader tabs in MCTlive! now have Comments and Trade Part available as part of an additional view in the Trade Blotter. [View Screenshot]
- BE Pipeline Data – Best Efforts Loan Level Breakdown now available on the dashboard tab in MCTlive!. [View Screenshot]
- New Trade Import – Specified Settle and Comments have been added to the New Trades import template.
- Trade Blotter Filters – Users now have the ability to filter the Trade Blotter based on the Comments field. [View Video Recording]
- Loan Level Data Pop Up – The Loan Level Data Pop Ups now include a calculated Pull Through adjusted loan amount. [View Screenshot]
- Coupon and Data Timestamp Notification – This update uses pulsating red borders to alert users on the Pipeline Coverage and Hedge Adviser Tab when morning durations, market levels, data latency haven’t been updated yet. This is helpful during early morning updates for early risers in the system looking to make hedge decisions. [View Screenshot]
- Latency Delay Warning – This new functionality allows users to input your own latency delay warning depending on the frequency of pipeline data being uploaded to MCTlive! within Client Details. [View Screenshot]
- Margin Exposure – Allows users to view broker-dealer margin exposure by either open positions or open positions plus closed unsettled positions. [View Screenshot]
- Multiple Non-Competitive Trades – This adds the ability to execute multiple trades simultaneously. [View Screenshot]
- Model Assumptions Notifications – This update adds a Notification function to Model Assumptions tab under Client Profile. This update also added in new Note Rate Mapping Notifications. [View Screenshot]
- Upload Durations – This provides access for users to upload their own specific durations tied to programs or securities. Templates are available to download in popup. The button exists in Model Assumptions section in Client Profile tab. [View Screenshot]
- Updated Default PT Analyzer Pull Through Back Test Function – Prior to running the back test, users can now define the periods along with any other filters to streamline analysis. [View Screenshot]
- Duration Overlay – This provides the user the ability to overwrite current durations with reference durations. In the screenshot example, the user feels that the duration of the UM30 6.5% doesn’t fit with their model and they feel more comfortable using 75% the duration of the UM30 6% coupon for hedging purposes. - Pull Through Assumption Updates – Hedge Strategy – MCTlive! can now differentiate pull through assumptions based on a “Hedge Strategy” attribute. This may be a data point from the pipeline data to identify a category that can experience meaningfully different pull through behaviors.
- Pull Through Assumption Updates – MCTlive! now has the ability to import pull through assumptions. [View Screenshot]
- Loan Level Pull Through Accepted From Pipeline Data – Clients may now provide loan level pull though assumptions in their pipeline data. MCTlive! can consume those assumptions for the purposes of the hedge analysis.
- Restricted Investor Warning – A popup with a warning message will now appear when attempting to commit to an investor that is currently restricted.
- Rapid Commit – New Warning – If a user attempts to enter the Rapid Commit screen to commit loans that are showing previously committed, users will receive a warning that must be cleared before moving on to Rapid Commit. The user will have the option to either decommit the loans which will allow them to proceed with a new commitment request or bypass the attempt to commit. [View Screenshot]
- Best Ex Analysis – Restrictions – Users now have the ability to set Investor Restriction Settings, allowing users to quickly select a set of investors to price loans to. [View Screenshot]
- MCT Marketplace Tape – Construction Loan Indicator is now available on MCT Marketplace tapes.
- Aggregator AOTs – Users may now create a Triparty and mark a trade as assigned for aggregators. [View Video Recording]
- Rapid Commit – Commitment Section – The proposed Commitment Section in Rapid Commit now includes total Units, Rows, and Volume. [View Screenshot]
- Best Ex Export – New Price Field – Conventional Base Program price added as a field to the Best Ex Analysis export. For example, if the program is a Con 30 LLB 85, the price used for the best ex analysis will be Con 30 LLB 85. The new field will contain the price for Con 30 without the spec payup.
- Best Ex Export – New Coupon Field – The Best Ex Analysis export now includes the investor’s allocated coupon.
- Best Ex Analysis – Attribute Restrictions – TLTV now available as a field users may build their own Attribute Restrictions off of. [View Screenshot]
- MBS Components – The MBS Component breakdown now includes the investor iteration the Buy Up / Buy Downs belong to. [View Screenshot]
- Rapid Commit – New Warning – Users will be warned when attempting to commit a loan via Rapid Commit that has not priced. [View Video Recording]
- Best Ex Export – New Fields – The MCTlive! Best Ex Analysis export now includes buydown, lender credit, discount, and fees. [View Screenshot]
- Best Ex Analysis – Can’t Go / Must Go – The Can’t Go / Must Go restrictions may now include descriptions to help users better identify what is driving the best execution analysis. [View Screenshot]
- Commit Window Formatting – This update includes formatting and functionality enhancements for a streamlined user experience in the Commit Loans window. [View Screenshot]
- Expiration Date Update – The combined rapid commit screen will now correctly populate the Expiration Date. [View Screenshot]
- Duplicate Tape Warning Fields – This update added the ability to update all fields in the Duplicate Tape Warning popup at the same time. [View Screenshot]
- Bid Tape Posting Review Missing Information Notice – The Bid Tape Posting Review screen will now highlight the review button if critical information is missing from loan data on the bid tape. [View Screenshot]
- Load Loan Scenario Update – Load Loan Scenario now allows for loading a pricing scenario from an existing loan. [View Screenshot]
- Add AOT Savings Column to List BAM Trades Popup – This adds in Projected AOT Savings column to trade selection popup for AOTs and helps users choose the correct trades based off of their preference. It is calculated based off of current bid/ask spread and static transaction cost. The Cash Impact is Current Gain/Loss $ – Projected AOT Savings to show P&L implications for trade selection. Updates to MCT’s Lender Analytics platform:
- New dashboard “State % Change” – A new dashboard can be found in the Sold Loans- Peer Comparison workbook called “State % Change.” Users can view changes in volume per state from one month to the next or quarter to quarter. - eNote Filter Added to Investor Monthly Rankings – All dashboards in the “Investor Monthly Rankings w/ BE” workbook have a new filter for eNotes to check which investors are buying those loans. - Price Toggle added to EPO View – The “Early Pay Off Risks” dashboard has a new toggle to hide sell pricing in case exports want to be shared with LOs, etc. without displaying pricing. - Trade Activity Reports – New reports now include Today’s Trade Activity, Prior Day Trade Activity, MTD Trade Activity, and Prior Month Trade Activity.
- Reports – Investor Coupon – The Full Pipeline MTM – Multiple Executions report now includes Coupon for each investor. [View Screenshot]
- Coverage Reports – Additional Report that breaks down Coverage by Security Type, Monthly Allocation, and Coupon.
- Reports – Executive Summary – New Executive Summary based off the new additional Benchmark available in MCTlive!. This new P&L Benchmark is programmable based on the user’s specifications.
- BE Pull Through Reports – Additional Reports now available for Best Efforts production.
- Trade Report Fields – The Trade reports from MCTlive! now include Program, which will be populated if the trade has been allocated to a specific program. [View Screenshot]
- Reports – Channel added to MTD BE Production Report.
- Decommit/Recommit Report – This report will generate a view of loans that have been decommitted and recommitted, providing dates and original commitment information. This is helpful when tracking down discrepancies and trouble loans. [View Screenshot]
- New Locks – Multiple Executions Report – This is a New Locks report showing the best execution along with four subsequent cover investor executions and pricing deltas. [View Screenshot]
Updates to MCT’s Base Rate Generator:
- Price Rounding – Clients can now choose to round up, down, or to the nearest eighth in price for flat and formatted custom rate sheets. [View Screenshot]
- Rate Stack– Clients can now sort their rate stack either ascending or descending for flat and formatted custom rate sheets. [View Screenshot]
MSRlive! Release Notes
In addition to providing quarterly MCTlive! Release Notes, MCT’s MSR team also provides technology updates and release notes for users of the platforms. View the most recent MSRlive! releases below.
MCT’s MSR division will continue to produce monthly release notes specific to MSRlive!. MSRlive! is a robust mortgage servicing rights valuation tool used to manage servicing portfolios.

Steve Pawlowski contributes over three decades of expertise in mortgage and capital markets space to MCT. Steve is a strategic and highly accomplished Transformation Executive with a progressive record of success leveraging analytical capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and innovative thinking to drive emerging technology advancements through process improvements and new business development.
Before joining MCT, Steve was the Senior Vice President and Head of Single-Family Products & Solutions, overseeing the design, development, and integration of Single-Family’s digital products and services across the residential mortgage loan life cycle. He was also responsible for fostering the integration of Fannie Mae’s technology and business infrastructure with its clients, facilitating their growth and value creation within the market landscape.
Prior to this, Steve served as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Capital Markets Journey in Single-Family, steering the development of products for the conduit and capital markets sector. He was responsible for the provision of execution tools, business solutions, and services, employing customer engagement, design thinking, innovation, and agile methodologies to deliver exceptional outcomes.
