MCTlive! Client Profile Tab

The intention of the Client Profile tab is to provide some basic information in an easy to access spot within MCTlive! The tab contains client info, investor setup, dealer setup, and document storage.

MCTlive! Client Profile Tab: Client Info

Client Info will give quick and easy access to the client and MCT personnel of some high level information on the client as well as contact info.

MCTlive! Client Profile Tab: Investor Setup

This tab is our first step to put investor setup and credential management in our client’s hands. The tab provides a more efficient communication of items like SRP grids, credentials, fees, etc.

MCTlive! Client Profile Tab: Dealer Setup

The Dealer Setup tab provides a more efficient communication of items like margin management, outstanding trades, etc. This puts the ability to add new dealers back in our clients’ hands.

MCTlive! Client Profile Tab: Document Storage

Document Storage is by far the biggest addition for clients. The tab provides client’s a portal to securely store corporate documents and share those documents with Investors and Dealers on our shared platforms (BAM Marketplace and Agile). The tab enables our clients to experience a more efficient setup and recertification process.

About the Author

Paul Yarbrough, Director of Client Success Group

Secondary marketing expert Paul Yarbrough joined San Diego-based MCT to oversee new client on-boarding, manage the company’s secondary marketing technology and implement necessary solution training.

He has detailed knowledge on how to leverage secondary marketing technology to proficiently run capital markets functions. He plays an important role in implementing and training lenders on MCT’s secondary marketing technology platform MCTlive!, as well as ancillary solutions. Mr. Yarbrough has a BA in Finance from West Texas A&M with a minor in Economics.
