  • Bid Time User Time Zone – The Bid Time within the Bid Tape Posting Review screen now defaults to 30 minutes from the users current local time in the Best Ex Analysis tab. [View Screenshot]
  • Best Efforts PT Analyzer – New “Lock Type” dropdown on the PT Analyzer tab — Users can now choose between Mandatory and Best Efforts lock types when running PT Analyzer. [View Screenshot]
    • Mandatory mode preserves existing behavior, sourcing data from the hedged sold loans and hedged fallout loans.
    • Best Efforts mode swaps the underlying data sources to the best-efforts equivalents while keeping all calculations and outputs identical.
    • Best Efforts–specific display rules: Weighted BE Pickup, BE Pickup Delta, and Average Days in Hedge are shown as “NA” since they don’t apply to best-efforts populations.
    • “Lock Type” dropdown also added to the Pullthrough Back Test tab, applying the same Mandatory vs. Best Efforts data-source switching behavior for consistency across analyzers.
  • Added Warehouse Bank and Borrower Last Name to Commitment Tracker Export – Added two new columns to the Commitment Tracker Excel export: Borrower Last Name and Warehouse Bank. [View Screenshot]
    • The new fields appear in the exported spreadsheet only — the Commitment Tracker UI is unchanged.
    • No action required by users — the additional columns will automatically be present in all new Commitment Tracker exports going forward.
  • New Calculated Value: interpolatedspread – New SRP component, Interp Spread, automatically factored into SRP and Net SRP for more accurate pricing as rates move away from par.
    • Why It Matters: Captures pricing nuances between rate tiers so loan-level SRPs better reflect real market value. Works in MTM Reports and Best Execution
    • What You’ll See: New MTM Analysis columns: Interp Spread, Coupon Offset, Rate Offset, MSR Par, Max Range, Base Adj, Interp Factor. SRP Details popup shows Interp Spread total at the top and breaks out its contribution alongside other adjusters”
  • Added Base Program Price to System Commitment Reports – Added a new Base Program Price column to the end of the MTD System Commitments report.
    • Added a new Base Program Price column to the end of the YTD System Commitments report.
    • The new column represents the base program price at the time of pricing. For instance if the loan program is Con 30 LLB 85, the base program price will be from Con 30.
    • Column placement is at the far right of each report to preserve the existing layout and column order for downstream consumers.
  • New Trade Import – Make Template Available in UI – Added a “Download Template” button to the New Trade Import popup, sitting next to the existing “Import” button. [View Screenshot]
    • Provides users with a ready-to-use CSV template so they no longer need to guess the required column structure
  • Hedge Strategy Filter Option Now in PT Analyzer – New Hedge Strategy filter added to the PT Analyzer and PT Analyzer Back Test screens, letting users slice results by hedge strategy alongside existing filters (Program, Loan Purpose, Channel, Branch, Loan Officer, and Security Type). [View Screenshot]
    • The new dropdown is a multi-select that pulls distinct hedge strategies dynamically from loan data, so only strategies actually in use appear as options.
    • Filter applies consistently across all PT Analyzer views and queries, including status breakdowns, originator/branch breakdowns, loan-level details, and back test results — ensuring totals and drilldowns stay in sync when a hedge strategy is selected.
    • Excel export and “”Show Loans”” actions automatically respect the new Hedge Strategy filter, so exported reports and detail popups match what’s shown on screen.
    • No changes to existing workflows: the filter behaves identically to the other PT Analyzer filters, with no additional setup required.
  • Customize View – Show Loans Window – Drag-and-drop columns — reorder columns in the Loans popup by dragging column headers horizontally. [View Screenshot]
    • Persistent per user — chosen column order is saved to the user’s account and restored automatically on next visit.
    • Preserves existing features — sorting, filtering, totals, CSV export, MTM view, raw data view, and show durations all still work.
  • Attribute Restriction – Construction Loans – Added Construction Loan as a new attribute option in the Best Ex tab’s Attribute Restrictions tool. Users can now create restriction rules that match loans on Construction Loan status (Y/N), following the same pattern as existing attributes like PIW, eNote, FTHB, and Escrow Holdback. The new attribute is available in both the restriction edit popup dropdown and the rule evaluation logic, so loans are now correctly evaluated against Construction Loan restrictions during Best Ex analysis. [View Screenshot]
  • New Trade Upload Now Recognizes Pool Trades Separately From Buys and Sells, and Logs to Blotter Accordingly – Enhanced the New Trade Upload template to support recording pool sell trades as closed trades via the specifiedsettle column. When a sell trade (buy_sell = ‘SELL’) includes a value in the specifiedsettle column, the trade is now automatically recorded with podate set to the current date and poprice set to the trade price from the upload, resulting in the pool trade being inserted as a closed trade. Trades without a value in the specifiedsettle column continue to follow the existing upload behavior — no change for standard new trade uploads.
  • PT Analyzer – Database Import/Export – Change Status Order from Alphabetical to Match the MCTlive! UI – Change status order of PT Analyzer Database Import/Export from alphabetical to match the MCTlive! UI. [View Screenshot]
  • Duration Analysis/Compare Durations DoD – Break out UM15ARM – “Compare Durations DoD now separates UM15ARM from UM15 in the Hedge Adviser→ Durations → Duration Analysis, eliminating the flawed blending of fixed-rate and ARM products in the analysis. [View Screenshot]
    • ARM programs are now mapped to their own UM15ARM security type for the DoD comparison — including Con 3/6, Con 5/6, Con 7/6, Con 10/6, Gov 3/1, and Gov 5/1.
    • Fixed-rate 15-year programs continue to report as UM15, with other securities (UM30, GNSF, G2SF) unaffected.”
  • Trade Size Auto-Recalculated When Loans are Tied/Untied – Trade size auto-recalculated when loans are tied/untied — aggregates volume across Hedge, Best Efforts, committed not funded, and committed sold tables, then updates the trade size if it has drifted. [View Screenshot]
    • Pricing comparisons across loan programs are more accurate by filtering on the applicable Property Type
    • Improves the reliability of normalized program pricing for downstream reporting and best ex analysis workflows.
  • Customize your Spec View in the Execution Analysis Optimizer – A new Spec View multi-select has been added to the optimizer’s filter bar, letting you choose exactly which spec columns (e.g., LLB 85, LLB 125, NY, etc.) appear across all investors so you can focus on the specs that matter to your workflow. [View Screenshot]
    • Your Spec View preference is remembered — Selections are saved to your user profile and automatically reapplied the next time you open the Execution Analysis Optimizer, on any device. Use Reset in the filter bar to bring all spec columns back at any time.”

These preferences exist in the Trade Preferences button in the Client Profile tab under the Model Assumptions section. [View Screenshot]

    • Clicking the button opens the Dealer Exposure popup directly from the Pipeline Coverage view—no need to navigate away from the tab.
    • Improves the Pipeline Coverage analysis workflow by surfacing dealer-level exposure data in line with existing analysis tooling.”
  • Buy Trade Allocation Process – From Trade Import – Allocate buy trades immediately after Trade Import. [View Screenshot]

This happens in the commitment tracker tab for committed loans with PennyMac.[View Screenshot]
  • Bid Tape Posting Lists – Users are now able to create and save a preset list of investors for bid tapes to be posted to. [View Screenshot]
  • MSRlive! API evoked by User – New “Run MSRlive” button on Best-Ex Analysis: The MSRlive! API call has been broken out from “Raw Data Best-Ex” into its own dedicated button, located in the button bank below the Best Execution Filters. [View Screenshot]
    • Applies to MSR-mapped investors: Affects clients with MCT MSR API mapped as investors.
    • Reduced latency in concurrent workflows: Decouples the MSRlive API call from Raw Data Best-Ex so that running Raw Data Best-Ex no longer triggers a refresh of MSRlive, eliminating slowdowns in other processes (e.g., saving a Best Ex instance) when multiple users hit the page in quick succession.
    • On-demand MSR refresh: Users now explicitly control when loan-level MSR values from MSRlive are repopulated, preventing simultaneous overwrites and reads.
  • Multiple Users Can Now Run Best Ex – Multiple users can now run a Best Ex simultaneously on the same client code, each on their own population of loans — no more stepping on each other’s pipelines.

    • Excel export from the Commit Loans UI now includes all available pricing (ignoring Can’t Go / Must Go restrictions) when the override is enabled.
    • Pricing Breakdown pop-up now displays pricing for investors that would normally be restricted by Can’t Go / Must Go rules; ineligible investor rows are shown in bold red with a new rightmost column labeled “Ineligible Investor!”.
    • The Investor drop-down on the Commit Loans window now lists ineligible investors (due to Can’t Go / Must Go rules) in red text with an “Ineligible” suffix, regardless of the Best-Ex Dropdown checkbox state.
  • Users Can Now Manage Float Settings for Investor Iterations in MCTlive! – “Float Calculation now available to regular users and sub-clients — The Float Calculation settings, previously accessible only to MCT Admin, are now available to regular users via the Admin button on the MCT Marketplace tab.
