About the Webinar Presenters:
Sarah Hellman, Senior Trading Team Manager, MCT
Sarah Hellman graduated from UC San Diego in 2008 with a BS in Mathematics and Economics. Upon graduating, she was hired by Mortgage Capital Trading as one of their first female employees in the male-dominated finance industry. She has now been employed with MCT close to 14 years. Through those years, Ms. Hellman has excelled and been promoted several times, starting as a Trader, then Senior Trader, Senior Analyst, and onto Senior Deployment Analyst. She has continued developing her professional skills by completing several courses on Python programming language. Her hobbies include volunteering with her local sorority alumnae chapter as a board member and committee member for their annual Cookies and Castles charity. In her spare time, she is loving being a new mom to her 4 month old daughter.

Andre Pollesel, Senior Trading Team Manager, MCT
Mr. Pollesel began his career with MCT in 2009 as a junior trader and quickly ascended the ranks up to his current position as Senior Trader/VP of Capital Markets. During his career, he has been responsible for overseeing the hedging and loan sale execution for many of MCT’s largest clients and specializes in those that are publicly or privately held federally chartered banks. Mr. Pollesel’s areas of expertise include pipeline hedging, pull-through analytics, MBS issuance and risk management. He oversees a team of five analysts that manage more than 25 clients nearly 100 billion in annual residential loan production.
Mr. Pollesel graduated from San Diego State University and holds a B.S. in Finance.
Andre Pollesel, Senior Trading Team Manager, MCT
