About the Webinar Presenters:

Chris Anderson, Chief Administrative Officer, MCT

Mr. Anderson is an experienced public and private sector manager with expertise in regulatory compliance, organizational development, project management, data systems management, professional development, and public policy analysis.

Mr. Anderson joined MCT in 2012 as a Division Manager charged with organizing and building MCT’s newly formed Outsourced Lock Desk Division. In 2013, after successfully growing the Lock Desk Division and establishing it as the industry standard for outsourced lock desk services, he was promoted to the Executive Management Team as Senior Vice President. In late 2015, his increasing contributions to MCT were recognized when he was promoted to his current role as Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Anderson oversees MCT’s Business Operations Division, Data Integration Services Division, Information Technology Division, Lock Desk Division and Product & Pricing Division.

Mr. Anderson is an active member of state and national mortgage banking industry groups and has served as member of the MBA’s Residential Mortgage Curriculum Advisory Committee and the CMBA’s Technology & Marketing Committee. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego.

Ann Steadman, VP, Warehouse Lending at Customers Bank

Ann Steadman is the Vice President of Customers Bank Warehouse Lending for the South/Southeast Region. Founded in 2009, Customers Bank is a super-community bank with about $21 billion in assets. Customers Bank is a Nationally recognized Warehouse Lender that serves mortgage lenders of all shapes and sizes.

Ann is an experienced and goal-oriented person with a proven track record developing and managing new business, building long lasting client relationships, and has an extensive networking group in the industry. With over thirty-nine years in Mortgage Banking Industry, she has demonstrated effectiveness in managing people, sales, and operations while meeting goals and achieving success in the Mortgage Banking industry. Her experience includes corporate, commercial, branch and market management, retail, wholesale, correspondent lending, and has been an owner-operator of a full-service Mortgage Company in Birmingham, Alabama.

Ann has held many Honors and Awards throughout her career and held board positions, which includes working with the State of Alabama and the Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association to deliver education to brokers when licensing started being required. Ann has extensive knowledge in warehouse lending and will be with Customers Bank 13 years in April 2024. She currently resides in Hoover, Alabama with her husband of 45 years.

Ben Boden, VP, Relationship Manager | Warehouse Lending at First Horizon Bank

Ben Boden is a vice president and relationship manager for First Horizon Bank’s mortgage warehouse lending group. Focused on account management and business development, he works to provide warehouse lines of credit to independent mortgage banks across the United States. Boden is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of mortgage warehouse clients with lines of credit from $3MM to $150MM.

Nicole Avey, VP Warehouse Lending at Western Alliance Bank

Nicole Avey is a VP of Warehouse Lending Sales for Western Alliance Bank and has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently responsible for managing the Warehouse and MSR financing needs for a portfolio of diverse mortgage banking clients across the country, leveraging her correspondent lending, due diligence, and banking experience to deliver creative financing solutions to meet her client’s needs.

Nicole started her career as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche’s audit division and has also worked at SitusAMC delivering due diligence reviews of companies across various financial segments including first mortgage, auto, commercial, and unsecured consumer lending. Before joining Situs, Nicole spent 10 years in various correspondent banking roles including Countrywide, Bank of America and Penny Mac.

Kevin Mitzit, President at Wintrust Mortgage Warehouse Lending

Kevin leads the Mortgage Warehouse Lending division for Wintrust. Kevin has over 32 years of banking and mortgage industry experience and has been with Wintrust for over 24 years. A lifelong Illinois resident, Kevin grew up in New Lenox and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. He is active within the community, a past Treasurer of the First Congregational Church in Lockport, and a past Treasurer for Community Support Services, a 501c3 charity providing respite and additional services to the disabled community, located in Brookfield, Illinois.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his family. Kevin and his family currently reside in La Grange.
