MCT Client Webinar – Encompass SDK to API Transition

Register for this client webinar scheduled for August 26th at 11AM PT.

Join MCT for a webinar covering the upcoming transition from the Encompass SDK to our new API integration. We’ll walk through the migration process, outline the steps required for client IT and secondary teams, and review what to expect as we move toward implementation. MCT will handle the majority of the transition work, with an estimated client time commitment of less than eight hours. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of responsibilities, timing, testing, and next steps for a smooth migration.

The work each client will need to complete consists of the following four items:

  1. Client Encompass Admin/IT: Enable the integration through the Encompass Service Management settings.
  2. Client Encompass Admin/IT: Validate connection to confirm the integration is live and the webhook listener is receiving data.
  3. Client Encompass Admin/IT and Secondary/Capital Markets: Work with MCT to ensure that the API account has the same access to fields, folders, and loans as the SDK.
  4. Client Secondary/Capital Markets: Collaborate with MCT to review, compare, and approve the SDK to API transition.
