About the Webinar Presenters:

Phil Rasori, Chief Operating Officer, MCT

Mr. Rasori is a recognized thought-leader in capital markets operations within the mortgage banking community. His areas of expertise include complex financial modeling, computational dynamics, and linear programming for operational optimization. He developed the ground-breaking mortgage pipeline hedging algorithms that form the foundation of MCT’s HALO Program today. He has also pioneered several metrics that have become standard industry parlance, including “beta pull-through” factors. In addition to banking clients, Mr. Rasori has consulted with GSE agencies and the US Government on hedging best practices for community banks. Mr. Rasori has functionally led MCT operations since 2005 and ascended to his current role as COO in 2007.

Mr. Rasori is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, and holds a B.S. in Management Science.

David Burruss, MSR Sales Director, MCT

Mr. Burruss is a 30 mortgage industry veteran. As Director of MSR Sales, David is responsible for marketing outreach and acquisition of new customers. Previously Mr. Burruss worked in the subservicing and MSR world uncovering private label clients and those who wanted to sell MSR. He ran his own consulting firm offering a broad range of services like business/product development, investor relations, recruiting and outsourcing.

Mr. Burruss also has a rich legacy in the national accounts arena servicing many of the top 20 US Lenders for PMI Mortgage Insurance Company, Arch MI, and Freddie Mac. In this role, he has covered the entire mortgage manufacturing process from origination through foreclosure; creating products and services focused on generating efficiencies and uncovering profitable niches for his customers. He also lead teams who developed some of the first automated underwriting processes in the industry.

Sophie Prasada-Rao, Client Education Services, Freddie Mac

Sophia Prasada-Rao is a Freddie Mac veteran specializing in Selling and Delivery client education for the past 18 years. Her prior history includes working in the primary market for various retail lenders, where she has specialized in secondary marketing, product development, underwriting and processing.

Harvey Snider, Senior Director, Single Family Pricing & Analytics, Freddie Mac

Harvey Snider is a Senior Director in the Single-Family Pricing and Analytics organization. In this capacity, Mr. Snider has responsibility for the establishment of credit pricing for single-family loans purchased and securitized by Freddie Mac. In this role, Mr. Snider and his team work closely with our clients to understand their business and offer execution solutions to meet their needs while effectively managing the risks associated with providing a guarantee on single-family mortgages.

Mr. Snider joined Freddie Mac in 2000. Prior to Freddie Mac, he held account management and secondary marketing positions with GE Mortgage Capital, ITT Federal Bank and Fannie Mae.

Mr. Snider has a BS in Marketing from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the American University.
