Welcome to MCT’s Quarterly Release Notes!

Described below within relevant tabs, you’ll find a listing of our Q3 2025 technology developments. This update also includes technology release notes for MCT’s MSRlive!® and Data & Analytics tools. Improvements span general platform maintenance, feature and function enhancements, and entirely new development.

  • Today’s Assignments Added to Pipeline Activity Summary – Today’s Assignment of Trades have been added to the Pipeline Activity Summary in the Dashboard, Pipeline Coverage, Hedge Advisor, & Commitment Tracker tabs. This allows users to reference current & past AOTs and an added volume summary for hedge pipeline management. [View Screenshot]
  • Pull Through Assumptions – A Channel option has been added to the change log for PT Assumptions. [View Screenshot]
  • AOT Trade Selection – Trade Channel option is now available on the LIST BAM Trades screen for AOT. [View Screenshot]
  • Pull Trough Data – An Export from the PT Analyzer tab in MCTlive! is now available which will show the details currently visible on the screen. [View Screenshot]
  • Trade Data – Trade Channel now available on the trade export. [View Screenshot]
  • Best Efforts Data – Best Efforts Status Stagnation reports are now available. [View Screenshot]
  • Trade Import – An import option is now available for new trades. [View Video Recording]
  • Trade Position Summary – Transaction Type Summary is now available on the Master Trader screen. [View Screenshot]
  • Best Efforts Pipeline Data – Best Efforts Pipeline Data is now available on the Dashboard Page in MCTlive! [View Screenshot]
  • Best Efforts Lock Data – A new Best Efforts Lock Expiration report is now available. [View Screenshot]
  • New Commit Window Data Fields Added to Excel Export – This adds any new fields selected in the Commit Window to be included in the excel export from the Commit Window. [View Screenshot]
  • Sort BAM AOT Window – Allows users to sort available open trades within the AOT window of the commitment process. [View Screenshot]
  • Best Efforts Custom Reports – BE Open and BE HFS report with custom LOS fields are now available. [View Screenshot]
  • Security Type Based PT Analysis Reports – MCTlive! now has PT Analysis reports based on the security type loans are allocated to. [View Sample]
  • Additional Investor Bid Info Available in the Execution Spreads Export – Execution Spreads export now includes Coupon, Security Price, Security Type, and Settlement Date from the investor bid. [View Screenshot]
  • Trade Import File Type – Database Import/Export now allows for xlsx files in addition to csv files.
  • Autonomous Lenders Trading with Fannie Trade Desk via MCTlive! – This update allows autonomous lenders to “Connect to Fannie Mae” to trade inside of MCTlive!.   • Trade Activity – When a user adds a buy trade and immediately allocates to a short position, the buy trade is added as its own record in addition to “pairing out” of the short position. [View Video Recording]
  • Trade Allocation – UM30 TBA transactions can now be designated as an “ARM” trade in addition to UM15s. [View Screenshot]
  • Edit Pooling Levels – This allows the user the double click in the dealer & pool box to enter in a pool level. This improves the ease of use of pool bidding function. [View Screenshot]
  • Pooling – On Swap Amount – Allows for pooling lenders to put out a pool on swap without picking the on swap trades from the onset. They can enter in the “On Swap” amount and fulfil the trades at the time of confirmation with the dealers. [View Screenshot]
  • Hedge and BE Data – All Open Pipeline report now includes the components of the mark to market price for hedged loans. [View Screenshot]
  • Commit Window – Expand Loan Data – Allows the user to select unique data points to include in the Commit Window to help with decisioning during the loan sale process. [View Screenshot]
  • Investor Delivery (Best Ex Analysis) – The Investor Delivery default setting allows users to reference the Coupon, Security Price, Settlement Month, & Security Type from an investor’s bid tape upload within the Commit window. [View Screenshot]
  • MSR/SRP Adjustments – FTHB is now available as an adjuster to SRP / MSR.
  • Best Execution Data – The previous day’s mark to market value and investor is now available on the best ex analysis screen. [View Screenshot]
  • Best Execution Dropdown Settings – The Best Ex Dropdown default setting shows users the best execution and subsequent cover executions within the commit window. [View Screenshot]
  • Agency Filters (Best Ex Analysis) – This functionality excludes all investors except for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, & Ginnie Mae for agency only best ex analysis, as well as sales through the cash window. [View Screenshot]
  • Security Type Filter (Best Ex Analysis) – We have added Security Type to the Best Execution Filters within the Best Ex Analysis tab, allowing users to filter the loan population by security type rather than program type. [View Screenshot]

Updates to MCT’s Lender Analytics platform:

 

  • New Filter Options in the Bank/Non Bank Filter – Banks can now be filtered between Commercial, Credit Union, and Savings & Loans. [View Screenshot]
  • New Field for Percent Change of Volume – Percent Change of Volume from previous value is now available in the Lock Volume – Peer Comparison workbook on the Locked Volume dashboard.   • New Dashboard Entitled “Sold Volume – Totals” – A new dashboard can be found in the Sold Loans- Peer Comparison workbook called “Sold Volume- Totals.” Volumes are displayed as totals rather than peer averages, percent change from the previous value is now available, and the dates can be broken down by weeks.   • Loan Level Pull Through Accepted from Pipeline Data – Clients may now provide loan level pull though assumptions in their pipeline data. MCTlive! can consume those assumptions for the purposes of the hedge analysis.

MSRlive! Release Notes

MCT’s MSR division will continue to produce monthly release notes specific to MSRlive!. MSRlive! is a robust mortgage servicing rights valuation tool used to manage servicing portfolios.

Before joining MCT, Steve was the Senior Vice President and Head of Single-Family Products & Solutions, overseeing the design, development, and integration of Single-Family’s digital products and services across the residential mortgage loan life cycle. He was also responsible for fostering the integration of Fannie Mae’s technology and business infrastructure with its clients, facilitating their growth and value creation within the market landscape.

Prior to this, Steve served as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Capital Markets Journey in Single-Family, steering the development of products for the conduit and capital markets sector. He was responsible for the provision of execution tools, business solutions, and services, employing customer engagement, design thinking, innovation, and agile methodologies to deliver exceptional outcomes.
