Joel is a veteran sales executive with over 30 years dedicated to the mortgage banking industry. His experience includes work at Fannie Mae where he helped banks improve portfolio positions and mortgage bankers with early funding programs, and promotion of technology that changed the industry including, Desktop Underwriter. Currently, Mr. Dulmage is responsible for the sales of MCT products and services in the Midwest.

Mr. Dulmage holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University.

Tammy J. Trefny, CMB, Senior Manager, Customer Approval & Onboarding, Single Family Mortgage Business, Fannie Mae

Tammy J. Trefny is Fannie Mae’s Senior Manager of Customer Approval & Onboarding and Affinity Partnerships within Fannie Mae’s Single-Family Mortgage Business group. Her role includes managing the team that works with lenders interested in getting approved to do business with Fannie Mae, as well as, managing Fannie Mae’s business relationships with various industry trade associations and cooperatives representing Credit Unions, Community Banks and Independent Mortgage Bankers. She has been with Fannie Mae for 19 years.

Prior to coming to Fannie Mae, Tammy was the Loan Originations and Processing Manager at Morgan Stanley Credit Corporation. She has been in the mortgage industry for a total of 30 years and has a strong background in Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, Originations, Underwriting and Credit Risk. Tammy is a graduate of Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Illinois, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is also a Certified Mortgage Banker having received her CMB designation in 2019.

Jennifer R. Whip, CMB®, Principal, Cambridge One, LLC

Jennifer Whip is principal for Cambridge One, LLC, a banking and mortgage banking consulting firm that primarily helps lenders obtain their GSE approvals. Most recently, Jennifer was managing director for Garrett, McAuley & Co., a position she held following her retirement from a 26-year career at Fannie Mae. While at Fannie Mae, Jennifer was the lead executive responsible for driving the diversification and growth of its single-family business and expanding its offering of new products and tools to help its clients be successful.

Jennifer currently serves on the Boards of Directors at Flagstar Bank in Troy, Michigan, Abacus Federal Savings Bank in New York, New York, and Chesmar Homes in Houston, Texas. She was also named to Diversity Journal’s 2013 Women Worth Watching.
