MCT creates, maintains, and distributes full-custom rate sheets for mortgage bankers. We'll generate the most competitive rates based on your specific investors, incentives, margins, and policies. Client-specific rate sheets are distributed daily with automatic updates whenever investors re-price. Published rate sheets can be indexed off of best-effort, mandatory or AOT indication prices. This is an efficient and cost-effective add-on to the HALO Program.  It is also available to clients independently.

 

Lock Desk Service
